About Illumination Wellness Coaching
At Illumination Wellness Coaching, I specialize in newcomer coaching for individuals seeking freedom from addiction and a life grounded in clarity, purpose, and well-being.
My approach is holistic, practical, and deeply personal. Together we explore the patterns of addiction — behaviors, habits, mannerisms, and rituals — and begin replacing them with routines that support long-term recovery and stability.
This work includes building structure through daily schedules, self-care practices, exercise, nutrition, sleep hygiene, hydration, and honest conversation. Recovery is not just about removing substances; it is about creating a life that supports health, balance, and meaningful growth.
A unique part of my coaching includes guided hikes in nature. On the trail, movement and fresh air create space for reflection, insight, and real conversation. We explore recovery, relationships, and the tools needed to live a clean and sober life without relying on drugs or alcohol to manage emotions or escape discomfort.
Recovery also requires honest self-examination. Together we look at the patterns and personal defects that may have shaped past behaviors and relationships, and begin the process of cleaning up what no longer serves you. At the same time, we strengthen the parts of your life that support stability, growth, and fulfillment.
I believe recovery is not just about stopping substance use — it is about building a life worth staying clean for.
My role is to walk alongside you as you develop the tools, practices, and mindset needed to live fully, honestly, and free.
Recovery is possible.
A meaningful life in recovery is possible.
And you do not have to walk that path alone.
At the very end of this page, you might add a single line that connects your recovery work to your coaching philosophy:
First Know Self → Then Know Others → Then Know How
It would quietly tie your coaching identity and recovery work together.
