I completed my training in Core Alignment Coaching at the Banff Centre for Arts and Leadership fourteen years ago. Following this, I undertook a year-long apprenticeship to lead the Authentic to the Core Retreat, deepening my facilitation and coaching skills.
Over the years, I have worked with many hundreds of clients from all walks of life, bringing both professional training and real-world life experience to my work. The combination of formal education, practical experience, and countless hours in conversation with people seeking growth allows me to meet each client with depth, understanding, and authenticity.
My approach is grounded not only in training, but in time logged, wisdom gained, and a genuine commitment to walking alongside others on their journey.
