The Four Pillars Workshop is a practical and experiential program designed to support recovery, personal growth, and overall well-being. The workshop focuses on four foundational practices that help create stability and balance in everyday life: Grounding, Mindfulness, Self-Care, and Gratitude.
Grounding helps bring us back to the present moment when life feels overwhelming or chaotic. Through simple practices such as breathing, movement, or connecting with nature, grounding allows us to slow down, regulate our emotions, and reconnect with ourselves.
Mindfulness encourages awareness of our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without judgment. By observing our patterns more clearly, we gain the ability to respond to life with greater intention rather than reacting automatically.
Self-Care focuses on supporting our physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Through healthy routines, rest, nutrition, exercise, and personal boundaries, we strengthen the foundation needed for long-term recovery and stability.
Gratitude shifts our attention toward what is working in our lives. Practicing gratitude helps build resilience, perspective, and a deeper appreciation for the progress we are making in recovery and personal growth.
This program is offered as a five-hour facilitated session, available either one-on-one or in a group format. The extended time allows participants to explore each pillar in depth through discussion, reflection, and practical exercises that can be applied immediately in daily life.
The Four Pillars provide a simple but powerful framework for living with greater awareness, balance, and purpose.
The Back to Being Workshop explores a simple but powerful shift in how we relate to ourselves and the world around us. Many people move through life believing they must first have something in order to do something so that they can finally be someone. This way of living often creates pressure, striving, and a sense that we are never quite enough.
Back to Being invites a different perspective: Be → Do → Have.
Instead of chasing outcomes in order to feel whole, this workshop focuses on reconnecting with the deeper sense of self that already exists beneath roles, expectations, and external achievements. From this place of being, our actions become more aligned and authentic, and the results we seek begin to unfold more naturally.
Throughout the workshop, participants explore questions of identity, awareness, and presence. Through conversation, reflection, and guided discussion, we look at how our beliefs about ourselves shape the way we move through the world. By shifting our attention back to being, we begin to experience greater clarity, ease, and connection.
The Back to Being Workshop is offered as a five-hour facilitated session, available either one-on-one or in a group format. The extended time allows space for meaningful exploration, insight, and conversation that supports participants in reconnecting with their authentic selves.
This workshop offers an invitation to pause, reflect, and rediscover a more natural way of living — one that begins not with striving, but with simply being.
I am a trained facilitator of Authentic to the Core, a transformational program developed by Lorr-Anne Demers. This work focuses on exploring the deeper patterns that shape how we see ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world.
Authentic to the Core invites participants to look honestly at the beliefs, identities, and stories that influence their choices and behavior. Through guided conversation, reflection, and experiential exercises, individuals begin to recognize the ways they may be limiting themselves and discover new possibilities for living with greater authenticity and intention.
The process encourages openness, curiosity, and self-awareness. Participants are supported in examining long-held assumptions, challenging internal narratives, and reconnecting with the deeper truth of who they are beneath roles, expectations, and conditioning.
As a trained facilitator, my role is to create a safe and supportive environment where meaningful exploration can take place. Through thoughtful facilitation and honest dialogue, individuals and groups are invited to step more fully into their authentic selves and live with greater clarity, alignment, and purpose.
Authentic to the Core sessions can be facilitated one-on-one or in group settings, offering a powerful opportunity for personal insight, growth, and transformation.
