I am an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with more than fourteen years of experience working with people from many different walks of life. My training includes Core Alignment Coaching at the Banff Centre for Arts and Leadership, along with extensive study in psychology, communication, SMART Recovery, the Enneagram, and deep coaching practices.
Over the years, I have worked with many hundreds of clients, facilitating conversations that support clarity, personal growth, and meaningful change.
But my work is not shaped by training alone.
Life has required me to rebuild and reinvent myself more than once, and those experiences have given me a deep respect for resilience, courage, and the human capacity for transformation. I believe strongly in walking my talk — the principles I share with others are ones I actively live in my own life.
People often describe me as a “Newcomer Whisperer.” I have a natural ability to create a welcoming and grounded space for people stepping into something new, uncertain, or unfamiliar.
My coaching often takes place through nature-based hiking sessions, where movement, fresh air, and meaningful conversation create space for insight and discovery. Whether we are walking a forest trail, meeting in person, connecting over Zoom, or working in a group setting, the focus is always the same: deep listening, thoughtful questions, and honest reflection.
At the heart of my work is a simple philosophy:
First Know Self → Then Know Others → Then Know How.
When we understand ourselves more clearly, our relationships, choices, and direction begin to make more sense. From there, the path forward reveals itself — often in ways that are richer and more expansive than we first imagined.
Coaching is rarely a straight line. It is often an eclectic adventure of discovery, where awareness grows, possibilities expand, and outcomes frequently surpass expectations.
